Explanation of ticket booking process
1. Identify the performance that you wish to buy tickets for
2. Find out which Tier that performance is in. Performances are grouped into Tiers based on performance grade and category/type
3. Using the performance's Tier, identify the Zone pricing structure for that performance. The Zones range from Zone B being the most expensive seating to Zone F being the least expensive
4. Refer to the Seat Plan to see what floors offer the Zones that you wish to purchase (During the booking process please note that "Level" and/or "Section" correspond to the floors in the theatre)
5. Then pick the seat(s) you wish to purchase. If the seat that you selected is not available, the system will select the next best seat in the same Zone and Level
Example: If you are interested in booking for Jose Carreras, first identify the tier that the performance is in; then you identify the cost range that you wish to spend. Since Jose Carreras is in Tier 1, the price for the show will be 55 OMR for Zone B, 45 OMR for Zone C, 30 OMR for Zone D, 15 OMR for Zone E, or 10 OMR for Zone F. You then refer to the Seating Map to identify the location and floor you wish to book. Then proceed with your booking.
